The Internship in Business Management and Finance provides students with supervised, real-world work experience relevant to their program of study. Students apply classroom knowledge in professional settings, develop employability skills, and gain insight into career pathways in accounting, marketing, entrepreneurship, and business management. Emphasis is placed on professionalism, communication, problem-solving, and career readiness. Students must attend regularly scheduled seminars, maintain a work-based learning portfolio, and complete reflection activities aligned with Maryland CTE standards.
