The first part of a work-based learning experience which takes place at a work-site and must be a paid experience (at least minimum wage) All three parts of WBL experience must cumulate to a minimum of 450 hours This experience is directed by the WBL agreement provided by the school system and a student work plan developed among the student WBL coordinator and eligible employer
